DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform installation, and support of new Windows based computer systems.

  • Install Image and software on laptops and workstation

  • Prepare the computers for deployments and support the deployment activities

  • Assist with the installation and support of computer systems and peripherals. Coordinates with Management for inventory, hardware orders, equipment movement, and shipping needs.

  • Assist in assuring that work products comply with established deliverable guidelines including format and content.

  • Assist in the development of documentation based on the customer's processes.

  • Travel to customer sites and perform deployment activities to include, site surveys, installs hardware, install software, remove hardware, check hardware for shipment etc.

  • Conduct site surveys for new sites and or updates to existing sites.

  • Provide recommendations on upgrades to site and workflow.

  • Work with customer to assist in the elicitation of business requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making

  • Experience in Customer Service

  • Requires skill with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Must have active interim Secret clearance or above

  • Must be able to travel at least 25%

  • Must be able to type
