DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

SSI is seeking a Cybersecurity Integration Lead to manage, develop, and provide subject matter expertise for intelligence community (IC) event exercises and training events on a new 5-year contract, providing comprehensive end-to-end integration and enhancements. Candidate will be responsible for providing  annual cybersecurity and training events focusing on community coordination of cyber events and maintaining a high level of knowledge and understanding of IC architectures, systems, and networks.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Thorough understanding of the IC Information Environment (IE) in the areas of IA and CND.

  • Demonstrated experience with exercise planning and coordination.

  • Demonstrated experience with project management, oversight, and personnel leadership.

  • Functional knowledge of Project Management Institute standards and best practices.

  • Familiarity with principles of requirements management.

  • Demonstrated experience developing, implementing innovative training programs for IT solutions, applications, and services in multiple formats, venues, and delivery methods. 

  • Experience with overseeing or developing and executing marketing / communications plans.

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering presentations for executive level leaders.

  • Skilled and experienced with writing position papers and executive strategy papers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Exercise Planner

  • Master’s degree in Business, IT or related field

  • Experience with exercise planning that involves cross agency coordination and equities.

  • Experience with briefing and delivering training to senior military and civilian leaders.

  • Experience incorporating real-world scenarios and emerging threats into training and exercise events.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Security+ CE and CEH, CISSP or certification required for IAT Level II compliance


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience within DIA a plus
