SSI is seeking an experienced cyber and intelligence program manager to oversee a new 5-year cyber security and coordination support contract for an intelligence community customer. Candidate will be responsible for overall management of a large defensive cyber operations contract in multiple geographic locations providing 24/7/365 mission critical network defense support.  Program Manager will serve as the main point of contact to the government customer and is responsible for managing the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.


  • Extensive background in classified IT cyber defense operations management with hands-on knowledge of risk management and allocation of resources.

  • Experience with EPM (Enterprise Program Management) software to develop and maintain an IMS (Integrated Master Schedule) for the program tracking schedule and tasks across multiple projects.

  • Experience managing personnel (communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and performance reviews).

  • Experience contributing to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer services standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.

  • Demonstrated performance in leadership managing performance delivery against established SLA’s.

  • Expertise in customer relationship management.  

  • Demonstrated experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.

  • Experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity.



  • 10+ years of experience managing either DoD or IC geographically dispersed programs.

  • Master’s degree in Business, IT or related field.

  • PMP certification.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Security+ CE and CEH, CISSP or certification.

  • Excellent oral, written and customer interface skills. 


  • Prior program management experience within DIA a plus.

  • Experience with cyber intelligence field tools and exercise planning within the National Level Exercise (NLE) Community.
